Wide dynamic range

iCatch he wide dynamic range ( WDR) technology applies local tone mapping to restore lost details, enabling the camera to capture excellent images and videos under extreme lighting conditions. The wide dynamic technology is an important technology for improving image quality in backlit scenes.

The wide dynamic technology is based on intelligent identification of the target scene, and performs adaptive multiple exposures on the valuable areas. Through the intelligent algorithm, the image data of long frames, medium frames, and short frames with different exposure times are fused, so that the image achieves a perfect fusion of dark and bright areas: no overexposure in bright areas, no loss of details in dark areas, clear vision in backlit scenes, and full color and rich details in low-light areas.
